1.1 The Applicant shall submit the completed application form, proof of payment, and all supporting documents in one (1) single email only.
1.2 A non-refundable registration fee of GBP 50 is payable to register for the pageant. Account No: 21055561, Sort Code: 04-06-05
1.3 The Applicant shall submit the following mandatory documents: Proof of Age / Government-issued ID, Passport Copy, Proof of United Kingdom Residency, Marriage Certificate (where applicable)
1.4 All submitted pages must be dated and signed by the Applicant.
1.5 The Applicant acknowledges that Telugu Kings & Queens UK has no agents, representatives, or intermediaries unless expressly authorised in writing.
2.1 Mr Telugu United Kingdom / Miss Telugu United Kingdom / Mrs Telugu United Kingdom are the exclusive titles and sole intellectual property of Telugu Kings & Queens UK.
2.2 Telugu Kings & Queens UK retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the pageants, titles, branding, logos, and associated intellectual property.
2.3 The Organiser reserves the right to conduct the pageant in a manner it deems fair, transparent, and appropriate, based on its internal evaluation criteria.
3.1 Selection and evaluation shall be conducted based on, but not limited to, the following parameters: Talent and skills, Communication ability, Leadership qualities, Poise, presentation, and personality, Personal background, Suitability for national and/or international representation.
3.2 Telugu Kings & Queens UK shall share relevant information relating to auditions, selection, training, and the grand finale only with shortlisted Applicants or Finalists, as and when deemed necessary.
4.1 Upon selection, the Contestant agrees to be contracted to and to represent Telugu Kings & Queens UK at National and/or International platforms, if applicable.
4.2 The Contestant shall comply with all instructions, schedules, and codes of conduct issued by the Organiser.
4.3 The Contestant shall not make any public statements, media interactions, or disclosures relating to the pageant without prior written consent of the Organiser.
5.1 The Applicant warrants that all information submitted is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
5.2 Any false declaration, omission, or misrepresentation shall result in immediate disqualification, without refund or recourse.
5.3 The Applicant confirms that she/he has not been convicted of any criminal offence, is not under investigation, and is not wanted by any law enforcement authority in any jurisdiction.
6.1 The registration fee is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of selection or non-selection.
6.2 If selected as a Finalist, additional training or participation fees may be applicable and shall also be non-refundable.
6.3 The Contestant shall bear all costs relating to travel, accommodation, visas, and personal expenses unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organiser.
7.1 The decisions of the Organiser, Judges, Mentors, Sponsors, and Partners shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
7.2 Telugu Kings & Queens UK reserves the absolute right to select, reject, replace, suspend, or disqualify any Applicant or Contestant at its sole discretion.
7.3 The Organiser shall not be obliged to disclose evaluation processes or reasons for selection or rejection.
8.1 The Applicant grants Telugu Kings & Queens UK an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free right to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, and use the Applicant's image, likeness, audio, and video recordings for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes worldwide.
8.2 No compensation shall be payable for such usage.
9.1 The Applicant consents to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9.2 Such data may be shared with judges, mentors, sponsors, partners, and service providers for legitimate pageant-related purposes.
9.3 The Applicant undertakes to notify the Organiser of any changes to personal information.
10.1 If selected as a Contestant, Finalist, Titleholder, or Subtitleholder, the individual shall not: Participate in, promote, or associate with any other beauty pageant during the participation or reigning period; or For a period of five (5) years from the date of finalist participation, initiate, promote, manage, support, or affiliate with any competing beauty pageant without prior written approval.
10.2 Breach of this clause shall result in immediate termination, revocation of titles, and legal action.
11.1 The Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Telugu Kings & Queens UK, its organisers, licensees, sponsors, judges, mentors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from breach of these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 Submission of an application does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or consumer relationship.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions. I confirm that my participation is voluntary and that I accept all decisions of Telugu Kings & Queens UK as final.
